Exchange Policy |
Merchandises sold are NOT refundable

-Notice
1.Exchange with receipt is allowed within 3 days from the date of the receipt;
2.Each merchandise could only be exchanged once only;
3.Customers should present the unsatisfied merchandise to the involving store for exchanging;
4.If we could not offer the same product for exchange, related products with same amount will be offered;
5.Nature's Village reserved all rights to determine all of the exchange conditions.
-No Exchange in following case
1.No exchange will be allowed after the lapse of the 3 days' limit;
2.No exchange for used, opened and damaged merchandise
3.To ensure good quality products for all customers, no exchange for opened package in food items.
