Vitamins and minerals are very important aspects of a balanced diet. Getting all the vitamins and minerals your body needs can be difficult. The fat solube vitamins are A , D , E , and K , which are stored in fat deposits located in the body.Water soluble vitamins are necessary in processing other enzymes and vitamins or catalysts. There vitamins are B1 , B2 , B3 , B6 , B12 , Biotin , Folate , Pantothenic Acid , and vitamin C.

 

Minerals are defined as inorganic minerals required in the building of hard and soft body tissue and participating in other various functions. Minerals in the body are either major elements or trace elements.
