No Cholesterol Salad Dressing
3 TBS shoyu
2 TB S sugar
1 TBS Balsamic vinegar
2 tsp Mirin (sweet sake)
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Sesame oil
ONE HALF tsp. Sesame seeds
Mix all ingredients and shake well. Serve over salad. Note: you can adjust these ingredients to taste. You might want less sugar, or more vinegar. Experiment to find your own personal favorite dressing.
